About the role
Reporting to the FB Assistant Manager, you will be a professional team member in the Beverage section, providing the highest level of service, which is unique and personal, and supporting the team to achieve outstanding performance, consistently. You will greet guests and assist them fully, serving beverage to the highest of standards. You will accommodate all guest requests in a timely fashion and actively seek opportunities to build rapport with guests in order to create a memorable experience, by anticipating individual needs, exceeding expectations and following company standards at all times.
