Corporate Communications Kompas Gramedia is looking for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Specialist. The specialist will be responsible in creating CSR blueprints and ensuring its implementation to maintain and increase Kompas Gramedia’s brand image. As a CSR Specialist, he/she is also responsible in leading a department that creates CSR programs or activations that represent Kompas Gramedia’s values, in expanding and maintaining network with internal & external stakeholders, and to represent Kompas Gramedia in CSR or PR-related activities.
Responsibilities:
Develop CSR blueprints for Kompas Gramedia (KG) and its business units that aligns with the company’s philosophies & values;
Socialize CSR blueprints to business units and to ensure that their CSR programs & activations comply with the CSR blueprints;
Develop, implement, and monitor CSR program and activation for KG, for both internal (employee) and external stakeholders;
Develop network & partnership with internal and external parties to create CSR programs & activations;
Utilize internal and external networks to sponsor CSR programs & activations;
Analyse trends and metrics in CSR to create and to evaluate current CSR programs & activations;
Collect CSR implementation reports from business units and make recommendations for future CSR programs & activations;
Represent the company at PR or CSR-related events or community-based activities;
Manage & update KG website/social media accounts/email communication related to CSR programs;
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to the CSR Department team members (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Bachelor degree in Public Relations, International Relations, Business Management, or a related field;
Previous experience working in CSR/PR/Community Development/Brand Management field;
Proven skills in project management, performance management, strategic planning, and client service;
Strong in presentation, facilitation, networking & supervisory skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Demonstrated ability to manage/adapt to change & handle multiple priorities;
Ability to handle and manage conflicts;
Proven ability to partner with many areas and leverage resources to accomplish goals.
