Summary
The Reservation Team leaders will oversee the team of Rooms Coordinators, and assisting the Front Office with administrative duties including but not limited to computer knowledge, answering incoming phone calls, handling guest room reservation requests for the hotel, providing guest with hotel facility information, blocking rooms, entering group rooming lists, posting prepayments, billing no-show reservations, presentation preparation and customer follow up. Furthermore, the main responsibility is to send out pre-arrival communications and handle guest room reservation requests for the hotel, provide guest with hotel facility information and answer questions relating to the hotel and local area.
