A sports bar restaurant in Seminyak, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Bartender (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers, read and listen to people to determine beverage preferences, make recommendations and take drink orders
Handle the organization and day-to-day operation of the bar
Plan drink menus and inform customers about new beverages and specials
Select and mix ingredients, garnishing glasses and serve beverages to customers
Check identification to ensure customers are of the legal age to purchase alcohol
Take inventory and order supplies to ensure the bar and tables are well-stocked
Follow the instructions given by the shift supervisors or general manager
Handle cash, credit and debit card transactions, ensure charges are accurate and return correct change to patrons, and balance the cash register
Keep the bar area clean, fresh condiments daily, clean glassware and mixers
Develop new cocktail recipes
Provide input with the planning of functions or events

Requirements:

Indonesian citizen
Fluent in written and spoken English
Proven Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required
Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance
Able to mix cocktails with consistency, no over pours or under pours
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Congenial attitude with customers and staff alike
Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques
Reliable, honest and can communicate easily with the head barman and shift supervisors
Attentive to details and cleanliness in particular
Well-mannered (ex: making eye contact, smiling, being polite and patient, pulling out chairs when appropriate, listening, etc)
Good stamina and ability to work long hours
