Responsibilities: Working with a sales team to determine solutions to customers’ challenges and supporting the sales team to present proposals to clients.
Providing demonstrations, POC, presentations, training, consultation and sales support services for the sales team and existing clients.
Building relationships with customers and proactively seeking new sales opportunities by developing new relationships with prospective clients.
Support of the sales team in the response to RFI/RFP with the completion of tender documents.
Participate in the project definition workshops and design sessions, to ensure consistency of messaging from sales activity
Requirements: 2+ years of relevant experience, Any Major
Strong knowledge of DevOps consultancy services
Strong knowledge of API Management & Microservices consultancy services
Knowledge of DevSecOps products or solutions such as Atlassian, Gitlab, Jenkins, Kubernetes technologies, SAST, DAST, IAST, Container Security, etc.
A basic understanding of Azure / AWS / GCP cloud technology and architecture is a must, with deeper expertise in the following areas: databases, software development, managed cloud, data analytics & machine learning
Knowledge of API Management products or solutions such as IBM Cloud Pak for Integration, Red Hat 3Scale API Management, Kong, etc.
Knowledge of programming languages or frameworks such as Java, Spring Boot, .Net Core, Python, Javascript, Angular, etc.
Analytical mindset and a diplomatic approach
Good presentation skill of both English and proficiency in writing technical proposal in English
Assist the Embassy in understanding terrorism and extremism developments in Indonesia and in implementing its response.
Attend and write up CT and CVE meetings.
