We are looking for a motivational creative leader to drive and bring our brand -and clients brands- to life as a Social Media Manager. You will own, operate, and grow the social media function by developing breakthrough social media strategies, campaigns, and content to engage and grow our communities, and deliver on brand and business objectives. You will lead a team creating world-class campaigns from concept through to execution.
As lead 'brand guardian' for clients, make sure that all deliverables fully reflect both their guidelines and their brief. You will collaborate with our clients to formulate the creative strategy and drive brand awareness.

What a day at work for you will look like:

  • Design and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our and client’s business goals and brand identities, understanding no client is the same
  • Manage the editorial calendar and creative development process by leading your own creative team consisting of designers and content producers (video/photo/written), across a large variety of projects from concept to delivery
  • Serve as the community manager for the brand-owned social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Manage social listening activities and capture learnings/insights/analytics to support strategy and content optimization efforts
  • Seek out influencers and actively engage consumers to inspire and motivate them to share information and talk about the brand
  • Take full ownership of client accounts and demonstrate competency for responsibilities such as campaign planning, strategy recommendations, managing client relationships, etc.

Is this you?

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in social media, social media community management, social content creation, digital marketing, digital project management, digital technology, or a related field on either the corporate or agency side.
  • You must have a strong understanding of best practices across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, etc.
  • You must be capable of and eager to learn quickly, diving into new industries, trends, and concepts with ease.
  • Understanding of the social media universe
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You must be a self-starter with initiative, creativity, and drive.
  • Quality. You take pride in everything you deliver as a reflection of yourself.
Our selection procedure in a nutshell The position will be directly reported to the Creative Group Head. During the interview process, you will meet him, as well as a few business stakeholders and Management Team members.
