Job Purpose and Impact
The Admin Buying Station, will support general business operations by providing various administrative activities. In this role, you will provide basic skills to support business objectives. Key Accountabilities
Work with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures.
Coordinate and distribute customer-related requests and help organize meetings and logistics.
Help ensure that facilities, office and business support services function correctly.
Handle basic clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Prepare any document required for consultantsâ contract issuance/management and follow up on payment requests of their fees as per their terms of reference;
