- Mapping potential sponsoring clients according to event objectives
- Searching and updating the database of existing clients and potential new clients to be used as targets for further collaboration events
- Explore, identify, and analyze the needs of sponsors and industries that are handled to accommodate market needs including industry or client activities or at other events.
- Send and offer sponsorship/partnership package offer proposals to existing and new clients to sell events.
- Visiting clients to present event programs, explaining concepts, communication strategies and pricing, capturing client needs, ensuring budgets and product forms that can be used by clients to achieve closing program/event packages.
- Coordinate with Executors and Marketing Planners to provide package briefs that have been briefed by clients
- Find new partners and clients, affiliate marketing and sponsorships, explore opportunities and build partnership with third party partners
- Able to promote & sell Event or Wedding organizer products
- Able to put in funds for sponsorship and partnership events
- Maintaining relationships with the key guests
- Organising events and promotional activities to increase traffic to the organizer (including preparation of marketing materials, online marketing and analytical reports on event outcome)
- Structured Social Media Marketing campaigns including interesting and engaging content, video script for social media, video and photos for marketing
- Handle the endorsement and influencer
- Monitor the performance and reporting
