Bachelor’s degree or Diploma, preferably in Engineering.
Preferably with 5+ years’ experience in Project Procurement or other commercial experience.
To implement and drive the project procurement activities across investment projects in Indonesia, actively managing the spend and suppliers within the category
Support project management by plan and execute sourcing events, direct tender process, setting up procurement strategy, pre-qualifying vendors, review of bid documents, monitor contracts implementation, ensure compliance to Linde regulations, and provide input to annual capital spending plan.
Manage contracts related to capex projects by reviewing, negotiate, and modify general terms & condition of contracts to ensure Linde's best interest is well covered. Review and provide input to contractual exceptions, variations, and claims submitted by contractors.
Work with the business to identify opportunities to reduce Total Cost of Ownership or value-added activity, and ensuring that Procurement takes an active, early, and appropriate role to generate maximum benefit.
Perform sourcing (local and international suppliers), negotiations, contract reviews, supplier management and provide procurement strategies
Manage procurement related transactions in SAP and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
Develop Procurement plans with the project team and report on a regular basis to senior management the
project procurement status and KPI results.
Develop and execute project procurement and construction contracting strategy for EP and EPC projects.
To support for project procurement and new proposals.
Support project financial objective by delivering project savings and improved payment terms.
Act as the focal point in collaboration between project and country organization.
