We are looking for Manager HR Business Partner who based in Jakarta.
HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
Develop and implement Human Resources strategy for the assigned function/s to support overall business goals
Provide pro-active support to plan and implement business transformations or strategic organization change programs.
Provide consulting, decision support and change management services to build value and competitive advantage through people and culture.
Advise functional management on leadership, managerial effectiveness, employee engagement, and on the various areas of HR including Learning, Talent Management, Performance Management, Total Rewards and Industrial Relation.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Preferably familiar with Performance and Talent Management concept
Have good communication skills and business acumen
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Understand the entire spectrum of HR programs, life cycle & processes, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, basic knowledge of labor law etc.
Demonstrate business acumen, the ability to see the ‘’bigger picture’’ and a hands-on mentality to deploy new initiatives
