Job Description

Location: Indonesia Indonesia
Work Type: Contract

  • Riau
  • Have experience for Calcium Carbonate/ Cement/ Power generation/ and Oil & Gas construction projects.
  • Project based

  • Manage and oversee the construction of Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Piping, Installation of Equipment, Building and Roads
  • Responsible for overall coordination and control on site
  • Lead a large team of workforce from different contractors simultaneously
  • QC check to make sure contractors are doing quality works and that they are following safety guidelines
  • Organize with Site Contractors, Consultants, and Project Management Teams to identify and to sort out project risks
  • Ensure that project is within contractual schedule, budget, and quality requirements in accordance to the KPIs set by the Management
  • Establish and report daily construction log with pictures of daily activities
  • Responsible for overall contract administration, variation orders and project billings
  • Monitor and control subcontractors and suppliers for the successful completion of all project tasks
  • Prepare and manage project construction, installation plans, and project documentation.
  • Manage dependencies on site and provide appropriate direction to facilitate the early resolution of issues.
  • Prepare clear and concise project reports identifying progress, risks and opportunities.
  • Control actual costs to ensure that the project is delivered within the budget.
  • Manage timely progress and final invoicing in accordance with the contractual terms and requirements as well as monitor receivables for the projects.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience in industrial projects site management
  • Have experience in Calcium Carbonate/ Cement/ Power generation/ Oil & Gas industries
  • Proven track record of successful project completion on time and on budget.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of staff.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work on initiatives and to work as a team.
  • Willing placement at Riau (Project based)
