Job Description

Melakukan proses interview & recruitment karyawan baru
Memproses data BPJS Kesehatan & Tenaga Kerja
Menyiapkan dokumen yang dibutuhkan perusahaan terkait administrasi HR
Mengecek dan mengontrol data karyawan yang masuk & keluar secara berkala
Membantu tugas HR lainnya dengan tim terkait
Filling document

Usia maksimal 35 Tahun
IPK minimal 3,00 dari Universitas Terkemuka
Pendidikan minimal S1 Jurusan Bisnis Management atau setaranya
Lebih diutamakan memiliki pengetahuan dibidang personnel admin HR (Medical & BPJS), Industrial Relation
Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik dalam proses recruitment
Mampu mengoperasikan komputer terutama & MS Office
Teliti, cekatan, inisiatif tinggi, kreatif, dan mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
Dapat bergabung cepat
Menguasai Bahasa Mandarin (Baca, Tulis, Dengar, Bicara)
Penempatan kerja di Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara
