Job Summary
As a Sales Frontline Recruitment Associate, you will be a key role in recruiting our sales frontline (Brand Ambassador) who will educate and invite consumers to use Migo throughout Jabodetabek. You will be designing the hiring plan, screening, and interviewing candidates, to continuously improve the quality of our recruitment. This position will give you the opportunity to develop creativity and work with a team in a multinational company.

Responsibilities

    • Drive the end-to-end recruitment initiatives for the sales frontline, from sourcing, selection process, to onboarding
    • Conduct interviews and screening candidates
    • Coordinate with third parties related to administrative matters and contract signing
    • Work closely with the training team for the orientation process of selected candidates

Qualifications

    • Have experience in doing recruitment for at least 2 years, preferably for sales frontline (SPG/SPB)
    • Understand various candidate search techniques
    • Able to communicate with people from various backgrounds
    • Able to explain company profile and job offer well
    • Able to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
    • Willing to travel outside of Jabodetabek
    • Have knowledge in HR compliances such as PKWT, onboarding-offboarding, is a plus
