Establishing a structured and standardised processes for customer success team to handle inbound escalations from external stakeholders

Escalation solving & documentation for data gathering & analytics

Handle day to day shipment escalations across the business
Male/Female

Familiar with Ms. Office (word, excel, etc..),

familiar with google sheet

willing to work shifts & weekend, tech-savvy.

work-based (jabodetabek)

experience working with softwares & technical dashboards

have basic analytics skill, have good communication skill, have problem solving skill, have negotiation skill
