Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage Customer-dedicated inventory accross all services accounts; overseeing the goods receipt processing across inventory-related systems and customer accounts, overseeing the distribution transaction (goods disbursement and reverse logistics).
  • Coordinating the import process (Customs clearance and compliance) of all inventory; terminal units, parts, peripheral and accessories.
  • Manage all consumables inventory (incl. peripheral and accessories, thermal papers, etc) to support the field services activities.
  • Analyze and report the terminal pull-out/withdrawal transactions to the Services Delivery Group.
  • Work with the Services Delivery Group in identifying opportunities of revenue generation and operations improvement.
  • Provide support to the direct report, repair operations, and country-level management.
  • Identifying business process improvement within the area of logistics and inventory.
  • Act as the main point of contact for inventory-related escalations.
  • Other duties, as required.

Skills:

  • Inventory and Logistics Management, and exposure to Duty tariff management (Customs clearance).
  • Time-sensitive work habit, strong communication skills, acute sense in numbers and details.
  • IT: MS Office suite, inventory management systems, warehouse management systems.
  • Knowledge in Oracle and SAP is highly preferred.
  • Team player with a strong sense of integrity.
  • Proven knowledge in forecasting and forecasting methods (as you will own and manage the inventory movement across multiple accounts and multiple field stocking locations) with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to independently operate in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Experiences:

  • A minimum 10 years of work experience in inventory management within services-related and or high-tech industry; with exposure on field operations services and spare parts logistics.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics Management, or any related fields.
