Job Description

What You Will Do
  • Conduct operational training to internal user.
  • Setup, and configure multiple system used for internal business process.
  • Provide technical support and issue resolution, including via chat, e-mail, phone call or direct to site.
  • Ensure ticket support requests are resolved or escalated in a timely manner.
  • Develop a manual guideline and kept it current and accurate.
  • Collaborate and work closely to vendor or third-party system support.
  • Regularly conduct test and monitor function of the system.
  • Regularly performs system monitor and test, ensuring information is being properly processed and entered into multiple system.
What You Will Need
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information System, or Computer Science.
  • Preferable have working experience at least 1 year in the related field.
  • Good communication skills is a must.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.
  • Knowledge of how ERP, OMS, WMS, and CRM system works.
  • Willing to learn a new ERP, OMS, WMS, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot system problems.
  • Good knowledge of API, Database, and Web development is a plus.
  • Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
