  • Develop and execute Prudential’s comprehensive external communications strategy and strengthen company position in thought leadership, specifically on health and family segment, and Sharia.
  • Plan, edit and write content for external communications through offline and online media
  • Ensure that all communications are being distributed timely, clearly and completely.
  • Ensure company spokesperson are well briefed and prepared prior to any media engagement. Prepare messages or scripts for the spokespersons.
  • Ensure consistent messaging with throughout all executions, including to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment with Group/regional external communications guidelines, strategy, message, and activity.
  • Collaborate with and support other departments and ensure the consistency of corporate message in all external documents.
  • Employ project management skills and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and to ensure the timely roll-out of public communications plan to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage, monitor, and work together with assigned PR agencies and other vendors to ensure all deliverables are met within the agreed timeline.
  • Prepare, track and report annual budget estimates and actual spend.
  • Make sure that a systematic filing system for all communications are well maintained.
  • Initiate, plan, and execute media events (online/hybrid/offline).
  • Ensure that all editorial policies and standards are according to company compliance.
  • Support response to crisis situations in a timely manner.
Job Specification: Qualification
  • University degree in Communications or other related disciplines
Experience
  • 5 years experience in communications and other related disciplines
Knowledge
  • Demonstrate experience in conceptualizing, writing and editing
