Growth Center is an effort by Kompas Gramedia's Corporate Human Resources to expand its expertise and impact to a wider audience, not limited to Kompas Gramedia itself. Growth Center specializes in people assessment, online learning courses, and other people-related solutions.

The Freelance Deployment Analyst will be working in Kognisi.id (Kompas Gramedia Learning & Insights) as a part of Growth Center's - Development tribe, focusing to enable Kompas Gramedia employees and the general public in expanding their knowledge with various learning materials, such as online learning courses and mainly webinars or masterclass.

.

The Freelance Deployment Analyst's responsibilities are:
Manage online learning events in an effective and efficient manner.

Ensure that every in-class training session is run in accordance with the SLA & SLQ.

Analyze potential speakers or trainers (both from internal or external of Kompas Gramedia) to share their knowledge and expertise.

Conduct pre-and post-event deployment initiatives in accordance with the SLA & SLQ.

Create executives summary in accordance with the set standard (consists of overview, participants' data, and class evaluation).

Ensure every uploaded learning video in our platform has met the set standard.

Report weekly achievements, bottlenecks, and mitigation to every Kognisi team member using the set template.

Bachelor degree from a reputable university.

1-year experience in handling negotiations with external parties.

Passionate in people development.

Experience in handling negotiations with external parties.

Strong analytical and planning skills.

Ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships across many different functions and organization levels.

Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.

Strong task completion orientation & attention to detail.

This is a professional hire (non-employee) opportunity . You will have full responsibility for this role with a hybrid work plan. You will be present when there are offline projects to be done and work from home whenever possible.
