Administrative Executive
Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management - (Jakarta)

  • Ensure to instill a culture of engagement in the team that match our ‘I am JLL’ behaviours of being an Expert, Proactive, Innovative, Versatile, team Player and valuing the Customer – demonstrating actions on a monthly basis relating to each one;
  • Clearly understand our Client(s) purpose and values, linking them to the way we work and our own behaviours to Ensure our delivery is Customer centric;
  • Take and create experiences that are easy to deal with, that create consistent and sustainable value for our clients, customers and each other respectfully
  • Assist FM in day-to-day operations of workplace facilities services and finance activities
  • Raise purchase requisitions/purchase orders and maintain suppliers register
  • Ensure payments are made to maintenance contractors within 1 months of the receipt of invoices
  • Send reminders to service providers on billing for work done
  • Get sign off from all service providers concerning final payments for services rendered in a given year
  • Act as Account Payable to register and map invoices with purchase orders as well as verify invoices for work completed
  • Assist client for the payment and PO to the respective vendor under manage service arrangement
  • Ensure expiry of contracts are well-monitored and re-procurement is initiated if needed
