JOB TITLE: Plan & Logistic - Permanent

FUNCTION: Plan & Logistic / Warehouse Foreman

SUB FUNCTION: Central Warehouse

CITY & COUNTRY: Malang, Indonesia


ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Execute operational task related inventory and warehouse management according to standard warehouse management system.


Reports to: Factory Warehouse Executive

Geographic Scope: Local


WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information, implementing production, productivity, quality, and custom service standards.
  • Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.
  • Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items.
  • Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles.
  • Maintains inventory by conducting regular physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
  • Execute related warehouse operational including inbound – outbound.
  • Coordinate with related cross function support.
  • Conduct necessary action for ensuring warehouse safety, quality and building properness.
  • Run warehouse operational within compliance to local regulation and functional policy.


ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Currently undertaking or recently graduated from bachelor’s degree (S1)
  • Good communication skills in English and to be able to work with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, honest, good attitude, independent and self-motivated person
  • Excel data reporting
  • SAP capability for standard WH operation (as per assigned authorization)
  • Good team work
  • Able to lead 3rd party resource
