We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor who has a strong analytical and technical skills to join our team in Surabaya, Indonesia. You will be responsible for maintaining and modifying plant and equipments to effect both efficient resource usage and quality service according to planned work programs, as well as for giving priority to safety and environment impact, and effecting plant reliability and efficiency.
You will also involve in managing and executing the capex project align with site manager direction.
If you have a good communication, collaboration and listening skill, and you have effective decision making and problem solving skills, then we are waiting for your application.
