Bring Direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework
Minimize operational failure, including but not exclusively the risk of fraud by helping to devise and by implementing sufficient regular controls
Ensure appropriate escalation to management and/or permanent control (or compliance as appropriate) as soon as an issue is identified.

Ensure adherence to AML/FS‐related Group Policies and execution of associated operational controls, and to promptly escalate any resulting hit for analysis and decision.
Manage activities of Global Market Operations and Middle Office, ensure all transactions are completed timely and accurately according to the standard procedure.
Acting as SPOC, Local B1 and Level 1 and 2 for relevant Sanction Screening process, monitoring Financial Security (SRVII) process and relevant procedures.
Handling client inquiries properly and provide them with professional support and assistance
Take necessary action and follow up for resolution of regular & complex problems involving relevant team (IT, Ops, Finance, Business, etc.).
Develop proper resource plan to avoid unnecessary capacity issue to complete daily activities.
Support and coach team to upgrade their capabilities and skill levels to be able to support future business growth.
Enroll in necessary training in order to upgrade skills and receive a proper coaching to be able to perform the job properly and effectively
Perform as back up roles and support functions of co-worker in Operations activities as per agreed back-up arrangement when it is needed.
Provide product & operational information, recommendation or advices to internal customers including before new product or services roll out.
Provide timely and adequate response on audit queries during inspections, and close all relevant Action Plan/audit recommendations timely and satisfactorily.
Ensure all procedures relevant to the team are well kept and updated.
Maintain proper filling of documents (paper & electronic) owned by the team.

Communication skills (verbal and written) – English & Bahasa Indonesia
Strong product knowledge (FX, MM, Fixed Income, Derivatives, etc.)
Good product knowledge on Cash Management (Remittances, Loans, Time Deposits, etc.)
Strong understanding on Global Market Operations processes and activities
Good understanding on Cash Management processes and activities
Ability to collaborate well with local and regional teams
