RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle multiple chats & resolve merchant concerns in an effective, efficient, and timely manner.
  • Work closely with other team members to resolve any challenging issues encountered.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service (Call/Email/Chat).
  • Ability to shift, multitask, and work under pressure.
  • Experience in e-commerce is a plus, with exceptional customer service skills.
