Due to global growth, we have an exciting, newly created opportunity for a Senior Recruiter to join our expanding KF hire team - Korn Ferry’s Internal Talent Acquisition function. As a member of our global KF Hire solution, you will join us in a true business partner role that will see you take ownership of key recruitment deliverables, with a focus on senior-level hiring and managing internal stakeholder relationships for the Indonesia business.

With a consultative approach, you’ll provide expert recruitment advice to the business to lead positive outcomes as you build and support workforce planning initiatives. This is an opportunity to completely embed yourself in the Korn Ferry business and partner with key contacts.

About you


As a Talent Acquisition subject matter expert, with demonstrated experience recruiting across a fast-paced global environment, you’ve managed the full recruitment lifecycle.

You have proven ability to build and extend stakeholder relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to stakeholders either in an on-site or off-site environment.

Either from agency, internal or RPO background, you’ve worked within an executive search or professional services environment and delivered corporate and professional recruitment across all levels. Other key attributes and experience will include;

  • Client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers, Human Resources and Executive Leadership throughout the recruitment process
  • Experience developing and executing against multi-faceted sourcing strategies, competitive mapping and process enhancements
  • A strong consultative nature and customer centric approach
  • Be resilient, enjoy ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment
