  • Lancar mengoperasikan komputer

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Handle call center dengan tanggung jawab service level dan handling time
  • Follow up jawaban atas keluhan user
  • Pencatatan call yang di terima pada aplikasi
  • Pic jawab group Whatsapp Security Administrator
  • Penginputan dan pencatatan Surat Tugas & Spesimen

Note: Sudah Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal ke 2
