Act as a liaison between IT and business units by:
Opening and maintaining lines of communication to monitor and improve business unit satisfaction with IT
Providing a single point of contact for business units into IT and acts as a conduit between the two organizations
Making recommendations for product enhancements
Analyze, develop and configure business processes and IT data structures.
Translate business objectives and requirements into functional and system specifications.
Create and generate detailed project documentation.
Interact with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
Ensure project is completed on time within the budgetary limits, and in line with business objectives on projects.
Participate in root cause analysis to recommend product enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity for both the business units and IT.
Last year student majoring in Computer Science, Information Systems, and other related fields
Minimum 1 years experiences in internship business operations, application or systems development, and data process modelling
Creative problem solver, team player and self starter
Strong analythical, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill
Ensures that guests' stay at the hotel runs smoothly, helping to provide guest satisfaction at all times thanks to his/her thorough knowledge of the hotel.
