Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Ensure proper execution of the fabrication plan daily, to coordinate with planner and shift leader to ensure the agreed processing plan is achieved and is confirmed for quality. Implement the resources and activity required to guarantee the safety of operator, conformity of bulk and comply with group rules.
  • Help put in place industrial plans in a production unit in the field of Processing and packaging
  • Plan manufacturing activity to best meet packaging needs and set employees' individual targets
  • Define and oversee, in cooperation with the manufacturing manager, plans for improving in manufacturing in line with needs
  • Guarantee that resources (people, tools, skills, training, etc.) match short and medium-term needs
  • Optimize the allocation of products to manufacturing tools
  • Oversee the improvement and perpetuation of manufacturing workshop performance by involving the team members
  • In collaboration with the plants other departments, communicate and enforce industrial policy principles: application of Quality, HSE and EOS systems
  • Coordinate and develop a team of manufacturers; develop expertise and know-how, team self-reliance to accompany change
  • Lead or animate working groups, improvement groups and/or multidisciplinary projects to help improve the manufacturing process and adapt to changes in the production unit
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, including 2 years supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Familiar with batch & processing system
  • Familiar with GMP
  • Experience on manufacturing excellence principle if preferred.
  • Exposure on manufacturing excellence.
  • Strong organizational skills with focus on accuracy.
  • Strong in analytical & critical thinking skills
  • Strong leadership and demonstrated problem-solving skills as well as excellent time management and project management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
