Pilot Plant Scientist





YOUR TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Perform pilot plant activities (end to end) according to customer request.
  • Ensure the calibration status and daily verification of instrument and equipment in the Pilot Plant.
  • Perform internal calibration of instrument.
  • Perform routine checking, administration, purchasing, and planning to ensure the availability/stock of consumable Pilot Plant.
  • Prepare NPD documentation and perform the sample testing
  • Escorting industrial feasibility activities

WHO YOU ARE


  • Pharmacist, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Engineers, or related life-science major with experience in pharmaceutical machinery in operational, GMP aspect and exposed in all manufacturing aspects with emphasize in technology and production, and quality requirements as preferences
  • Professional experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, development, manufacturing, quality and assessment of products
  • The individual must have a good overview of how to operate pharmaceutical machineries, scale up, scale down, and piloting activity during formulation development
  • Familiar with occupational safety and health, environmental control.
  • Maintain good communication and transparency of formulation development scale in te pilot plant with customer or communicate with 3rd party related to piloting activities.
  • Ability to drive the result as per target and influence the team to overcome piloting complexities, and able to manage priorities.
  • Communication and skills.
