About the Role
This role working together with GoPay - Product Marketing Lead User Spend, to build a strong fundamental of overall GoPay User Spend penetration by leading GoPay Strategic Initiatives.
This role works closely with Pod Leader, Brand team, Creative team, Media team, Growth Team, Research team as well as other GoPay user spend team.
What You Will Do
Build GoPay's perception as the most trusted and safest brand in fintech
Build overall GTM strategy and plan by growing penetration of GoPay User Spend through end to end marketing efforts both covering RPL and non-var activities
Orchestrate concerted strategy and efforts to strengthen GoPay social impact perception both in the heart and mind of users and Key Opinion Formers
Work closely with the internal cross-functional leaders, varied from liquidity, growth, risk, product, CCU, partnership and research to align on strategy and oversee the execution and impact measurement
Work closely with external stakeholders and working team for the relevant activities, manage RPL & Marketing spend as per budget, to achieve OKR efficiently
Build the team’s capability and grow them into solid product marketing experts
What You Will Need
At least 6 years of work experience, with at least 3 years of experience in product marketing management, digital marketing, or other related fields
Proficiency with multiple analytic and database tools common within a marketing organization (e.g., Amplitude, MixPanel, Tableau, Marketo, Google Analytics, etc.)
Ability to roll up sleeves and get in the trenches to get the job done right
Skilled and comfortable handling data, and can independently harness it effectively to generate insights, make decisions, and drive growth
Skilled at market research; a “do-whatever it-takes” mindset to understand your market, customers and competition better than anyone, and able to integrate this information into your marketing strategies
A passion for building user-focused product experiences and communication by creating genuine and authentic customer relationships
A bias toward action, excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to distill complex plans into clear and actionable tasks
Strong project management capabilities; ability to manage multiple campaigns with a sharp focus on detail without losing sight of the big picture
A track record of driving highly effective marketing campaigns and product changes by making users’ problems your own
A shared passion with GoPay’s mission for increased financial inclusion across Southeast Asia
A keen interest in fintech and willing to learn about the industry
About the Team
Our Product Marketing team, a subsidiary of the larger GoPay Marketing team, consists of 40+ people based in Jakarta who are experts in product marketing, branding, social media management, and content creation. This is a very close-knit group who ensures Gojek’s overall infrastructure which enables sustainable business growth is solid and healthy.
We like to visualize ourselves as a bunch of Spider Men/Women securing webs across high-rise buildings so our GoTroops can move around on higher levels with ease. We take the time to understand the various needs and preferences within our Gojek ecosystem (consisting predominantly of our customers, driver-partners, and merchant-partners), rely on numbers and data-points, and build off what makes our products unique in order to formulate our market strategy and path forward as a team.
