Job Description

Crunching quantitative & qualitative data into an insightful explanation

Analyze and identify pain points from the users' perspective, based on your user research

Generate ideas through ideation techniques such as UX Strategy to solve the users' needs in a way that provides value to the company

Craft and modify our end-user application (mobile and web)

Create user persona, wireframes, information architecture, create user flow, & user journey

Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis

Conduct usability testing to determine if your design can be further improved and ultimately

Deliver design results to UI teams and control the development process together

Work closely with the engineering team, UI & UX designer team, product team and other stakeholders to run the new features and enhancements.

Team player with good interpersonal skills
Minimal Bachelor Degree from Computer Science, Engineering, Graphic Design, or similar major

Knowledgeable of UX strategy methodologies

Energetic and have a great interpersonal personality

Understand the concept of Design Thinking

Demonstrable UX design skills with a strong portfolio

Experienced in conducting UX research, and visualize the result in the form of personas, wireframes, and user journeys

Experienced in creating clickable prototypes using Marvelapp, Invision, or similar tools

Proficient in using UI tools, such as Sketch, Figma is a must

Have read each of these requirements carefully (I need you put "I am a user-centered designer" on top of your email body)

Have prior experience in designing mobile application UI/UX is a plus

Experienced in conducting User Testing is a plus

Know how to work in an agile environment, especially Scrum methodology

Experience in Banking Industry is a plus.

Proficient in English and computer literate.

Highly motivated and innovative problem solving

Excellent communication skill
