Job Description:

Make a work plan for the implementation of cleanliness, pest control, garden maintenance and building sanitation.
Inspect all areas within the building and surrounding areas to ensure standards of cleanliness, tidiness, beauty, and comfort.
Controlling the availability of manpower, equipment, materials for cleaning operations and supervising their use according to predetermined standard procedures.
Carry out supervisory duties on the performance of House Keeping subcontractors.
Make regular reports regarding the implementation of housekeeping activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in any major.
Minimum 3 years of experience as Housekeeping Coordinator in retail/shopping center.
Experienced in leading a team of sub-contractors.
Computer Literate (Ms. Office).
Have the ability to prioritize work.
Willing to be placed in ITC Permata Hijau, South Jakarta.
