Job Description
The main responsibilities of this position will include but are not limited to:
Manage and maintain all General Affair activities, including office management, building facilities management, licensing and general administration
Handling staff housing
Communicate with related suppliers/vendors in purchasing office supplies, office maintenance.
GA Coordination: Supervise and coordinate GA team members.
To manage and supervise in the usage of Company's Inventory; to manage employee administration, annual leave, medical/hospital reimbursement. Also other secretarial task required by the Company.
To supervise the General Affairs duties.
To supervise the Company's documentations (especially the validity of the documents)
To supervise the orderliness of Office administration.

The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
Minimum of 8 years of experience managing general affairs for a well-established company
Willingness to work based in the Surabaya area
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and English-speaking skills
Strong leadership and management experience
Familiarity of working in an international environment
