Job Description

  • Pengalaman sebagai SPV Contact Center/live chat/customer service min 1th
  • Laki-laki/perempuan
  • max usia 35 tahun
  • min pendidikan D3/S1 all jurusan
  • min IPK 2,75
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
  • Memiliki jiwa leadership
  • Memiliki kepribadian menarik dan atraktif
  • Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi baik dan menjual
  • Disiplin, memiliki integritas, jujur
  • Rapih, cekatan, cermat, dan teliti
  • Memiliki kemampuan menganalisa dan membuat laporan
  • Membuat perencanaan dalam melakukan strategi pengelolaan kegiatan Pelayanan sesuai dengan KPI/SLA masing-masing Group
  • Memastikan proses Pelayanan berjalan dengan baik
  • Memonitor dan melakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja para Customer Service Contact Center
  • Membina hubungan dengan pihak terkait (perusahaan outsourcing) dan bekerja sama dengan unit kerja lain
  • Mengambil keputusan atas hal-hal diluar prosedur dan sebelumnya mengkomunikasikan terlebih dahulu dengan atasan atau sesuai batas kewenangannya
  • Mengawasi rekruitmen, pelatihan, on the job training, mentoring sampai dengan proses day to day operational.
  • Melakukan Coaching dan Counseling secara berkala
  • Memastikan semua team update product knowledge
