We offer fast career progression potential with good company culture. We are currently looking for an Freelance Interior Design who will help us with our day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan interior design concepts for mid-to-high end apartments
2. Collaborate with other team members to manage time, cost and design
3. Conceptualise and sketch design plans
4. Create 'mood boards' to sample design vision
5. Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase
6. Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project
7. Source materials and products included in plans
8. Oversee/supervise design of the property during onboarding process
9. Prepare presentation for management
10.Utilize computer applications in the design process
11. Perform other related duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements:
1. Minimum experience of 1 year in interior design
2. Fresh graduates & Interns are encouraged to apply
3. Experience in designing high-end residential, proven with professional portfolio
4. Exceptional conceptual design skills
5. Extensive knowledge in Design & Furniture, able to read and interpret drawing accurately
6. Ability to source materials, furnitures, etc. for design
7. Advanced computer skill (AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop, Corel)
8. Able to work in teams or individuals, multitask on multiple projects
9. Strong presentation skills
10.Strong time management skills
11. Works well under pressure
12. Enjoy working in a fast-paced, young and dynamic organization
