Job Description

Dry Mixing Operator





YOUR TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Perform premix and mixing process in accordance with the standard product manufacturing and warranty procedures, instructions provided by the supervisor and in accordance with the GMP until the quality of the product is provided in accordance with Bayer's terms.
  • Carry out quality control (in process control) on a regular basis for its work in accordance with the provisions of standard manufacturing procedures and the relevant assignment letter.
  • Make efforts in accordance with applicable regulations to minimize losses during the transfer, sifting and mixing process. Reconcile the results of mixing to calculate the yield obtained. Report immediately to IPC or production shift foreman and production supervisor if the yield obtained does not meet the limits specified in the standard product manufacturing procedure for further inspection.
  • Carry out maintenance (cleanliness and tidiness) mixing machines and equipment that are used according to applicable regulations. Report immediately to the production shift foreman and production supervisor if necessary to repair or replacement of certain parts of the machine due to conditions that are not feasible or damaged
  • Perform cleaning of machines and equipment after used in accordance with applicable standard cleaning procedures.
  • Work on administrative documentation tasks related to work in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the workspace that is being used in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • take part in continuous improvement for existing standard procedures, every problem and matters relating to the mixing process in order to improve performance and quality

  • Know Good Manufacturing Practices in accordance with the provisions of the bayer and other applicable provisions.
  • Carry out tasks in accordance with the rules and procedures outlined by the company and superiors.
  • Skilled, economical and critical in carrying out tasks as well as paying attention to the provisions concerning hazards in the work environment and regarding environmental control.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
