The Job
In a true generalist Human Resources role, the People Partner (Indonesia) will be responsible for providing timely and responsive support to the direct to consumer business and from time to time other Lines of Business (LOB). The People Partner will support the execution of HR programs, handle employee inquiries, and takes on general to Employee Relations, performance management, and coaching.
The People Partner will work closely with country LOB as well as the Talent Leaders to understand a LOB’s talent strategy, initiatives and/or challenges to strategizes and activates solutions that deliver high impact.
This role will be based supporting Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia & Vietnam.
The Daily
Act as the initial HR point of contact for all Direct to Consumer employee and manager requests (across allocated country/countries).
Respond to all enquires and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Manage end to end recruitment process with lines managers and the Talent Acquisition team.
This includes but not limited to: identifying the needs of the Company; supporting line managers to draft accurate position descriptions; working closely with C&B to benchmark positions to ensure competitiveness including identifying any gaps; providing EEO and interview skills training to line managers; participating in candidate interviews; closely manage candidate offer with TA & C&B including reviewing and negotiating competitive offers.
Work closely with the Employee Connection team to ensure all permanent and fixed term employees are accurately contracted and onboarded.
Work to resolve employee and organizational issues in a proactive and positive manner.
Provide advice, coaching, and training to management on leadership and employee development issues with creative and strategic HR value-added recommendations in support of clients’ requests.
Respond to tier one grievances or concerns in partnership with the People Partner Lead to advise, guide and support line managers in performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Interpret and help to implement HR policies, practices and procedures for managers, teams and individual employees that further the mission, values and strategic vision.
Support the execution of HR-related initiatives such as, DI&E, talent management, employee development, performance management, and various other programs.
Work with internal COE’s as required.
Where required, always partners with Employee Relations, Labour Relations and Employment Legal to deliver HR solutions on people related issues.
Develop and maintain successful business partner relationships with key stakeholders across allocated country/countries (including People Partners Lead, Employee Connections, COE partners, and Business Manager(s)).
Ensure a good understanding of the financial drivers of your business and competitive market activity in order to ensure HR is well placed to provide commercial advice and respond to current and future business and market challenges.
Work closely with People Partner Lead to ensure that all staff members are well motivated, trained and developed to their full potential to ensure that each project achieves its creative and operational and objectives to maximum effect.

The Essentials
Bachelor’s Degree within a related field is preferred.
Ideally 5+ years’ experience in a similar HR role.
Experience in supporting Tech businesses is strongly preferred.
Current knowledge of applicable federal and local legislation and regulations is strongly preferred.
High level interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with internal and external parties to drive results.
Proactive, responsible, accountable and results oriented.
Strong decision making and problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.
