1. Menjalankan proses rekrutmen sourcing dan screening, seperti :

Mencari calon kandidat dengan membuat iklan lowongan pekerjaan menggunakan situs job portal dan media sosial

Melakukan sourcing kandidat di berbagai job portal dan media sosial

2. Membuat report mingguan ke TA Supervisor

3. Memenuhi target rekrutmen sourcer yang sudah ditentukan

Kualifikasi :
1. S1 Psikologi / Manajemen SDM

2. Memiliki pengalaman lebih dari 1 tahun menjadi nilai plus

3. Memiliki pengalaman sebagai talent sourcer dan rekrutmen menjadi nilai plus

5. Memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik

6. Memiliki inisiatif yang tinggi dan inovatif
