Job Description
Social Content Excellence (SCE) is a team managing and delivering excellence on a day-to-day operation in working on unstructured data created, vetted, moderated, or delivered through a social process or channel and destined for human consumption, and enhance the data and findings by creating new or improving existing feature/content to drive greater social and business impact.

The Content Executive role in the SCE team offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and curating content that actually supports projects development and goal achievement in the business unit. You will be working with colleagues from various countries to research, plan, and execute social content management and you will get a chance to collaborate with stakeholders from various backgrounds to build/improve products. You will also learn more about effective data management, storing, and retrieval that becomes the foundation of smooth operational tasks.

What you'll be doing:
  • Manage user-generated content moderation from Traveloka platform on a daily basis and extract useful information to be either escalated to relevant stakeholders or consumed by project managers
  • Be involved in the curation process of various content media (texts, photos, and videos) produced by the business unit and its partners
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers, marketing, and other stakeholders to work on ad hoc requests and solve issues related to content management
  • Learn and use data-tracking technology to improve the existing content platforms and tools in Traveloka or initiate new ones
  • Identify opportunities and potential of social content that are relevant to the business direction
  • Responsible for monitoring metrics of own domain

Requirements (Education, Technical Skills, Relevant Experiences)
1. At least 1 year of working/internship/organizational experience or a credible track record in content creation and/or content feature management.
2. At least a bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Communication, English Literature, Media, or other related fields from top local or overseas universities with good academic results and experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research (undergraduate thesis qualifies).
3. Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheet
4. An adept user of popular social media (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) who is knowledgeable of social content trends and has a customer-oriented mindset
5. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Experience in ID/EN translation is a plus.
6. A reliable team player with a good attitude in receiving and giving feedback and willingness to learn/explore new things
7. Ability and willingness to handle administrative and routine tasks with good time management
