  • Mengembangkan dan mengurus penrencanaan sumber daya manusia
  • Merencanakan, mengatur dan memantau aktivitas dan tindakan dari bagian HR
  • Melakukan proses perekrutan karyawan

  • Laki-laki / Perempuan, min. 40 tahun
  • S1 Psikologi, IPK 3.00 Skala 4
  • Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang dan posisi yang sama ( diutamakan yang berpengalaman di bilang Manufaktur )
  • Aktif berbahsa inggris ( lisan maupun tulisan )
  • Menguasai Microsoft office
  • Memiliki leadership, Managerial skill, Problem solving
  • Mempu bekerja di bawah tekanan
