About the Team
As our Learning Operations Specialist, you’ll be an instrumental cog in the Talent and Leadership Development Program wheel of Gojek that directly impacts the company’s talent development as well as learning programs and initiatives. Collaborating with Global Talent and Leadership Development team members, wider PAC team, Finance, Procurement and other functions as required, your main objective will be to enable our employees to become leaders and equip them to be more effective and agile in our evolving environment. You will have ample opportunity to flex your analytical and problem-solving skills, and dive deep into projects surrounding learning activities and platforms, ensuring outstanding learning experiences which would resulting effective leaders who consistently live and lead by Gojek culture and values.
What You Will Do
Support for Gojek’s learning activities globally, includes but not limited to coordinating program schedules, preparing requirements and logistics
Administrator for Gojek LMS Learning Lab Platform and other external learning platforms.
Manage end to end process for learning and leadership programs coordination and administration, from pre-program preparation, support during the program, to post-program analysis. Including liaise with external vendors and suppliers to meet learning needs and generate periodic reports for all learning activities
Manage learning-related expense and reimbursement process in accordance to Gojek internal policies, including monitor, track and conduct data analysis of global learning budget utilization, partner closely with finance, procurement, HR operations team for vendor setup, payments and reporting
Manage the Gojek learning mailbox, slack, Mailchimp and other communication channels by responding to queries and escalate as needed
Manage and deliver global learning data analysis as required
What You Will Need
Bachelor Degree graduate with 3 years HR experience preferably in training/administration/recruitment
Proven experience in a fast-paced hyper-growth technology company, interacting with cross-geo stakeholders
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven adaptability dealing with ambiguity and fast-paced changes
Well-developed time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities; can work independently
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Accustomed to working with compliance to various policies and practices
Experience in HR Systems, Google suite and Microsoft Office Applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
