Overview:
The Account Executive is a junior-level communications professional who should have some relevant work experience in an agency setting and be motivated to hone their professional client handling skills. They should be curious observers of life, passionate about learning all they can about our industry, pro-active and adaptable, brave, and resourceful.
Responsibilities:
Handles the day to day administration of accounts (work flow control, meetings, estimates) under the direction of the Account Director
Learns the business on the fly and apply that knowledge
Develops a sense of ownership of and passion for all creative projects
Flourishes in the climate of creativity and innovation in the team
Accepts and implements new ways of working that allow the team to deliver quality work time and time again
Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience in advertising agency at similar position
Understanding of digital / social way of working and assets (media formats, KOLs, report tools, etc.) is a plus
Able to work quickly and efficiently on several projects at the same time, and detail-oriented, great project management skill
Great sense of common – able to persuade or generate cooperation
Discreet – can be trusted to keep things confidential
Flexible and great client management skill since facing client everyday is a MUST
