Menentukan standar kontrol kualitas
Mengawasi proses produksi
Mengorganisir perbaikan dan pemeliharaan rutin peralatan produksi
Memantau proses produksi dan menyesuaikan jadwal yang diperlukan
Memantau standar produk dan melaksanakan program kontrol kualitas
Bertanggung jawab sebagai penghubung antar departemen yang berbeda
Memastikan bahwa pedoman kesehatan dan keselamatan diikuti
Mengawasi dan memotivasi tim pekerja
Meninjau kinerja pekerja
Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelatihan

Kualifikasi :

Berpengalaman minimal 3th dengan level manager
Berpengalaman dibidang produksi. Produksi garment lebih disukai
Usia maksimal 35th - 40th
Bertanggungjawab, jujur, teliti, tepat waktu, dan dapat bekerja dibawah tekanan
Tegas, mampu mengayomi bawahan
