Recruit, onboard, and manage partners such as influencers / Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), media publications, and Facebook (FB) groups as part of the Shopee Ambassador Program
Explore new trends, initiatives, and special pushes to encourage user-generated content from mass long tail partners to uplift affiliates performance
To be the hybrid person for Shopee Ambassadors engagement – especially on affiliate links, conversions, and ad hoc brand/sponsorship collaboration
Constantly monitor individual partner’s performance and work closely to optimize affiliates KPIs (Key Performance Indicator)
Manage all communication and relationship of individual partners
Execute all affiliate BAU (Business As Usual) communications, including EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail), visuals, and content
Communicate with industry professionals or influencers to create strong networks
Selecting, dealing, arranging meetings, and reminding each account to execute the campaign
Ensure the contract terms and conditions related
Bachelor Degree in any major (preferably in Advertising)
At least 2 years of experience as a KOL Management Officer
Familiar with digital campaign
Have broad network
Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
Proficient in writing in English
Able to identify target audience preferences and build content
