Job Description

Plan, provide and manage business application within the approved plan, assigned operation areas (local) and the prevailing local regulations and corporate policy with the objective to have well proved applications to support business operation.

  • Plan, analyze, design, and develop and implement business application in order to deliver application to support business operation.
  • Maintain current business application system, current business application system in order to Ensure smooth operation and timely reporting
  • Execute the implementation of corporate IT standard compliance in order to Ensure the compliance of IT operation
  • Provide innovative and creative IT solution to the business user (IT application, BI, inhouse/ customization request)
  • Conduct the IT training to all users in order to Leverage computer skill and knowledge
  • Plan, execute any projects related to IT automation processes in order to Improve existing systems
  • Ensure the QEHS implementation in his job area.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understand clients' applications requirements
  • Identify key application features
  • Work with other IT professionals to set specifications for new applications
  • Design creative prototypes based on specifications
  • Write high-quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines
  • Perform unit and integration testing before launch
  • Troubleshoot applications
  • Find bugs and offer timely solutions
  • Test existing applications, identify deficiencies and offer solutions.

Qualifications

  • S1, Bachelor Degree is preferable in informatics system / computer science or any related major.
  • Have 5-7 years experiences in :
    • Application Developer or similar role, also esigning and building applications.
    • Programming languages such as Progress, PHP, Java (J2EE), .Net etc.
    • Good understanding of software design , programming principles and database concept.
    • Database and BI application (eg : SQL Server, Progress DB, QlikView/ QlikSense) would be advantage.
    • Operating system (Windows server, Linux OS).
    • ERP would be preferable (QAD, SAP)
  • A fast learner and fast adapt & good interoersonal.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Certified application developer is a plus.
  • Computer literac & English proficiency
