Job Description

The Head of Creative will build, maintain, inspire and nurture a strong, integrated creative department; You'll act as a creative ambassador internally and externally; and proactively lead and contribute to the ongoing vision of the brand and company.


Job Description

  • Contribute to the concept development, design and execution of operational and promotional materials
  • Deliver a creative product of the highest standard that generates measurable business return
  • Go beyond 'just' design, think conceptually and brainstorm ideas within a larger team
  • Set the creative vision and drive strategies through the entire creative and development process
  • Demonstrate versatility in pairing design direction with communication in a cohesive form
  • Inspire a culture of creative thinking and innovation throughout the creative department
  • Stay up to date with current trends and utilise this knowledge to expand your creative thinking

Qualification

  • Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic/Visual Design from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.0
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Passion for creativity from conceptual thinking to final output
  • Have experiences in social media related field and excellent social media porfolio
  • Up-to-date and fluent with the latest digital technologies and social media trends
  • Expert in using graphic tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc
  • Advanced knowledge of design and the technical production of work intended for printed and digital result
  • Have a broad understanding of typography, photography and design in theory and practice
  • Hands-on photoshoot skill
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialising in Arts/Creative/Graphic Design or equivalent
  • Excellent communication in English, both oral and written
