Key responsibilities

  • Adhere to all customer workplace and security policies.
  • Proactive and effective communication with all stake holders.
  • Have responsibility for checking the correctness of PIB then transmitting final BUP file to customs upon receipt of final BUP from 3PL.
  • Have responsibility for checking Customs Module and/or Customs Web Portal hourly to obtain latest customs response.
  • Have responsibility for checking all pending BC1.1 update and updating BC1.1 daily. Lane Manager On-Site will check all pending BC1.1 update on a weekly basis.
  • Have responsibility updating all Customs Clearance milestones in 4PL SSR timely.
  • Update report daily.
  • Achieve KPI that already been set up by the customers.
  • Obtaining complete and timely license requirements from 3PL daily, linking open status PIBs in BPOM system and tracking SKI milestones based on 8.1 SKI Tracker.
  • Responsible for printing and obtaining authorized signatories for relevant customs documentation.
  • Support on checking, recording and reporting customer letter that related to I-trade activities.
  • Monthly payment reporting must be done as per timeliness.
  • Monthly and Quarterly performance review with customers, prepare for the detail analysis and the action plan.
  • Engage within the team and in general with the company.
  • Continues improvement to process the daily task.
