Entity and activity description

PT AIR LIQUIDE INDONESIA is a subsidiary of AIR LIQUIDE - a French world’s largest industrial gas company since 1902 Air Liquide started its commercial operation in Indonesia since July 1994, with Head Office in MM-2100 Industrial Town, Cibitung, Bekasi, West Java. Our major customer are steel and petro-chemical industries to supply Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon and Hydrogen. We also suplly gas for Health, Food, Automotive and Electronic Industry. Curently PT AIR LIQUIDE INDONESIA is developing Flox Fill Specialty Gas the only one in Indonesia that has such high technology.

Missions and Responsibilities

Responsible to achieve sales budget by finding new opportunity and develop new business, sign contract with designated value in the assign territory.

1. Achieve Budget
  • New Business Actual Invoiced 7 BIDR/year
  • Sign new business of 10 BIDR/year

2. Obtain New Customer

3. Build good relationship with External Parties
  • Industrial Estate Office
  • Officials Institution (BKPM, Ministry, Association etc)
  • EPC companies (ie : General Contractor, Oil & Gas supplier, etc)
  • Equipment manufacturer (ie: Food Packaging, industrial gas installer)

4. Develop potential prospects

  • Collect, gather and summarizes an information, such as major players, competition, growth, expectation, etc, and prepares as a market study
  • Continuous cold call to the shortlisted potentials prospects, make appointment for visits, to achieve the defined amout of project portfolio
  • Regular visits to find an opportunity for Air Liquide offers and prepares a strategy with Sales Manager to develop the prospect.
  • Prepares marketing tools, such as presentation, proposal, Air Liquide competencies, key success factors, etc to develop the market
5. Reporting

6. Procedures and HSQE (Health Safety Quality Environment) and GYM

  • Carry out all activities following standard operation Procedure and HSQE
  • Follow business process / work flow procedure (financial assessment, profitability criteria, business risk identification)
  • Ensure GYM are actively implemented
7. Exchange information with BD Application
  • Get support from BD Application if some expertise is required

Competencies and Profile


  • Bachelor in Engineering Mechanical and Chemical
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Min 5-7 years experience
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English Language
  • Knowledge associate to industrial gas
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good Presentation skill
  • Excellent Negotiation skill
  • Good Market analysis skills
