A yoga and meditation retreat in Ubud, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Project Coordinator (Full-time).

Responsibilities:

Follows through on projects to successful completion using Asana project management tools
Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the General Manager or Founder, such as managing all projects and overseeing them from conception to completion and delegating tasks using Asana project management tools
Plans, coordinates and ensures the smooth transaction of all the organization's projects, schedules and deadlines are followed and respected
Research, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues, Projects and concerns addressed to the whole Organization
Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting all project task action plans using a Task management tool or application
Coordinate with HR about deadline employee target

Requirements:

Indonesian citizen
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Proficient in using Asana project management tools
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with, staff, board members, external partners or Freelance workers
Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
Emotional maturity with a strong personality
Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of time management
