Sarjana jurusan Finance/Akuntansi/Perbankan, dengan IPK minimal 3.00 dipersilahkan mendaftar.
Memiliki pengalaman maksimal 2 tahun dalam lingkup pekerjaan finance, terutama staf (non-management/non-supervisor) di bidang corporate finance/investment/merchant banking
Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan pemecahan masalah yang baik
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik
