<Position Objective/Expectation >
  • Support HR Admin & Training function

<Job Responsibilities>
  • Industrial Relation including communication and coordination with union
  • Handle rewards and punishment policy
  • Handle company licensing
  • Counseling and motivation for employees
  • Handle HRIS
  • Handle training and development
  • Follow up and updated regarding government regulation
  • Handle BPJS (TK, Kesehatan, etc.)
  • Other responsibilities as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree from state university (law / psychology)
・Conversational English proficiency suitable for office use
・Min. 5 years as HR from manufacturing company (handling BPJS, Legal, IR, Training Development)
・MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
・Good communication skill, hardworking, smart, cooperative

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Japanese company
・Able to join ASAP
